Logging a Check Call

  1. Navigate to the "Check Calls" box within the system interface.

  2. Locate and click on the "Log Check Call" option.

  3. Input the following details:

    • Date: Enter the date of the check call.

    • Time: Specify the time when the check call was made.

    • Notes: Add any relevant notes or details pertaining to the call, such as load status updates, ETA adjustments, driver notifications, and any other pertinent information.

  4. Utilize the "Notes" section to record important events and updates throughout the lifecycle of the load. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Empty and rolling notifications.

    • ETA updates.

    • Notifications of any delays or issues encountered by the driver.

    • Any additional checkpoints or milestones relevant to the load's progress.

  5. Ensure to consistently log check calls and relevant updates as needed to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each load.
