Getting Started: Syncing with Truckstop

Step 1: Access the Post Load Feature

After building your load in the TMS, locate the "Post Load" button in the upper right corner of the interface to begin the process of posting to Truckstop.

Step 2: Sign In to Truckstop

Click on the "sign in" button and log in using your existing Truckstop credentials. Then, click "continue" to proceed. If you are new to Truckstop and interested in using it, assistance is available for the initial sign-up process.

Step 3: Review Load Details

Before posting, it's important to review the load information thoroughly. This step allows you to edit details such as pickup and delivery cities, adjust the rate, and add any additional notes, such as a specific phone number contacts should call.

Step 4: Post Your Load

Once you've confirmed the details are correct, proceed to post your load. You can then view your posting directly on Truckstop.

Step 5: Edit Your Posting

If you need to modify any details, locate the three dots on the left side under the load board information section and select "edit." Make the necessary changes, save, and then choose "repost" to update your Truckstop posting.

Step 6: Remove Your Posting

After your load is covered, you may need to remove the posting from Truckstop. To do this, click on the same three dots in the load board information section and choose "remove posting." This action deletes your posting from the platform.

Step 7: Reposting a Load

If you find the need to repost the load, the three-dot menu offers a "repost" option. Follow the previously outlined steps to re-post your load on Truckstop.
