Connecting to DAT:

-Once you have logged in with your credentials, you will need to send the following email to DAT so they can complete the integration. Follow this template:

  • Email the DAT support at [email protected] with the following:

    • Customer name: <insert brokerage name>

    • Customer Main Contact: <Insert name and phone>

    • Any unique identifier for that customer: <MC Number>

    • Integration service & desired interface: (MVMNT - REST API)

    • Support Email: <List a general service account email, something that is not associated with the DAT user that you'll use to log into the DAT service admin

  • Once a load is built, you have the ability to post to DAT directly from our TMS

  • In the upper Right Corner, click on ‘Post Load’

  • Click the ‘sign in’ button and log in with your pre existing DAT credentials and hit continue

    1. If you have never used DAT before and are interested, we will be able to assist in your initial sign up process

  • Review the Load Information prior to posting

    1. Here you can edit the pick/del cities as well as the rate

    2. Also make sure to add any additional notes such a specific phone # you want people to call

  • Once posted, you are able to view your posting on DAT

  • If you need to edit any info, under the load board information section, click on the 3 dots on the left and choose edit

  1. This will bring you to the load information screen. Edit any of the info you need to and hit save and repost. The updates will be communicated to your DAT Posting.

  2. After your load is covered, to remove the posting click on the same 3 dots in the load board information section and choose remove posting. This will proceed to delete your posting from DAT

  • If for some reason you need to repost this, the 3 dot menu will have an option for repost. The load information menu will appear and follow the steps above to re-post the load.
