Vet and onboard carriers from your TMS
You have full access to Highway’s carrier vetting capabilities directly in the TMS. Once your integration is connected, all of the information is available to you. There is a full 2 way sync between platforms as well so you can onboard a carrier and have them show up instantly and, you will be kept up to date with any carrier changes in real time.
Navigate to the Carriers tab to see all of your synced carriers under the “my carriers” section.
On the drop down menu to the right, select ‘Highway Rules’ to add the ability to filter by Highway carriers
Go into the carrier profile to see COI’s, compliance data, contact information, and everything else that we pull in from Highway for you to use.
The integration also allows you to search carriers in the FMCSA data base with the Highway rules as well.
Click on a carrier that is not onboarded. A side panel overview will pop up giving you a quick background of the carrier.
If the carrier meets your requirements, you can click onboard carrier.
