Reporting a TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) in MVMNT

Find your order on the order screen and click on it.

On the panel that opens, go to the load section and click the 3 dots in the upper right

Click on Report TONU

On the screen that pops up, choose the reason behind the TONU (see pic after 6)

Add any necessary noted pertaining to the situation

If the load is still valid and needs a new carrier, choose yes on the ‘create a replacement load’ option

Choose the pickup and delivery dates and times for the replacement load as prompted then click report TONU

Go back to your order screen and click on the order again. On the right you will see the new load as well as the original load which now shows as a TONU.

Proceed to book the replacement load in the order as noted in the ‘book a load’ section
