# Logging a check call

## Log touchpoints throughout the life of the load

-Navigate to the check call section and choose the ‘Log Check Call’ button to bring up the check call modal. 

         -This can be found in 2 places in the shipment.

-Enter the driver’s location and any other relevant notes from the check call

-Navigate to the bottom to set the next check call date and time (pic)

-Click log check call to complete the process and record it in the check call table

-You can now see the next check call time in the banner above. As you update to new next call times it will update accordingly
