MVMNT will automatically fill the check call event type based on the current status of the load and the next step in the life of the load.
In this example, I will go through the entire life of this load updated via the check call logging:
-This load is in Dispatched status, the next check call has defaulted to ‘arrived at pickup’ to allow users to enter an in time
-You can see the status progression that will happen as a result of this completed action next to the even type
-Enter the arrival date and time
-Add your next check call date and time.
-Log the check call to progress the load.
-Notice that the arrival time is now logged in your stop as well
-Repeat the process above to progress the load from Loading to In Transit
-Click the Log Check call button to bring up the modal
-You will see Departed Pickup as the next Event Type
-Add in the departure date and time you receive from your update
-Go and add the next check call date and time that you’d like
-Click Log Check call to now progress the load to In Transit
-See out time now recorded as well for the Pickup Stop
-Repeat this process for arrival and departure at the consignee until the load is delivered.
