Setting up your inbox

Navigate to your My Brokerage tab

Click the pencil to edit your operational settings

Scroll down to the bottom to the AI email inbox tab

Create your desired inbox name and save it. 

Forwarding emails

In your Inbox, select the email that contains quotes. (email body quotes, PDF’s, Spreadsheets, CSV, etc)

Forward that email to your dedicated AI Tender Inbox email address from MVMNT. 

In a matter of seconds the email will be parsed by the system and tenders will appear in the TMS. You can then go in and accept or reject the tenders that were built. 

Tenders Created

Once the parsing is done, loads will be built in the TMS.

They will populate in the tender pending status 

Go in and accept or reject the tender. 

The load will be in open status and ready to book once accepted
