Integration Add-ons

Connect load boards, tracking, accounting, and factoring tools

Use integration add-ons to connect MVMNT to the tools you already use for load posting, rate data, tracking, carrier compliance, insurance, and factoring.

MVMNT connects to 14+ industry platforms across eight categories. Each integration is available as an add-on you turn on in organization settings.

Before you start

  • Have an active account with the integration provider (DAT, Macropoint, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Know your API credentials or OAuth login for that provider
  • Have Admin or Manager role in MVMNT

How to turn on an integration add-on

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation
  2. Select Integrations from the settings menu
  3. Find the integration you want to turn on
  4. Click Configure and enter your API credentials or complete OAuth login
  5. Click Save to activate the connection

Expected result: The integration status changes to "Connected" and features become available throughout the TMS.

What each add-on does

DAT (Load Board)

Post loads directly from MVMNT to DAT's carrier network. Search available carriers with real-time rate data and monitor freight market trends.

How add-ons affect billing

Integration add-ons are billed based on your subscription plan:

  • Included add-ons: Some integrations are included with your MVMNT subscription at no extra cost
  • Premium add-ons: Advanced integrations may require an additional monthly fee
  • Third-party fees: You pay the integration provider separately for their service (DAT subscription, Macropoint tracking fees, etc.)

Contact your account manager or check Settings → Billing to see which add-ons are included in your plan.

Common issues

Issue: Integration shows "Disconnected" after configuration.

Solution: Verify your API credentials are correct and your account with the integration provider is active. Some providers require you to generate a new API key specifically for MVMNT.

Issue: Integration features not appearing in the TMS.

Solution: Refresh your browser after turning on an integration. Some features require a page reload to appear. If features still don't show, check that your user role has permission to access the integration.

Issue: "Authentication failed" error when connecting.

Solution: Double-check that you're using the correct API key format. Some providers use API key + secret pairs, while others use OAuth. Refer to the provider's documentation for the correct credential format.
