The row above the column headers, we have the filtering options for the Shipment Board.
We have 6 common filters set at the start for your convenience
Each filter is fully searchable for any relevant data that you’ve input into that column.
In the example below, you can see the ‘status’ filter chosen. You have the ability to search through any relevant statuses that you want displayed.
Once you have selected what you want to view, then the shipment board will show your selections
This is not limited to one filter at a time. You can repeat the above steps to filter as many of the columns as you want in order to get as specific of a data set as you desire
The preset filters that are available are not the only option. You can add or remove filters as you please.
There is a filter option available for every available column that you want to choose.
To remove a filter, hover over it with your mouse and choose the x to the right
To add a filter, click the yellow ‘+filter’ icon to the right
Select any filter that you’d like from the drop down and it will be added onto your bar
Once you have the view you want, you can save it for future use. Just click on the save icon to the right, and then name it what you’d like.
Another option that we offer is the ability to download the shipment table
Once you have the selected columns and filters of what you want to see, you click the ‘download’ icon in the top right next to new shipment
This will take what is currently viewing on your shipment table and export it into an excel for you to have
Here is an example of what it will look like.
You will then have full access to your load information off platform as well
